"Inside the Mind of a Master Procrastinator" by Tim Urban
Written Response: Write a short (150 words minimum) letter below/on the back to a fellow ninth grader giving advice for overcoming procrastination. You don’t need to use the terms from Tim’s TED Talk (you could), but you do need to explain to them why procrastination is a problem and how to overcome it.

If you would like to be a 9th Grade Class Officer please e-mail me by Tuesday 9/6. You must include ™a 5 sentence paragraph stating why you would be a good candidate for that position. This paragraph will be shared with your classmates.

- President – organize activities and committees, provide leadership
- Vice President – assist President – chair of Homecoming decorating committee
- Secretary – keep minutes at meetings, keep materials organized
- Treasurer – work with advisor to collect money and add it to account
- Historian – Take pictures and notes about the year.
- Sergeant at Arms – Maintain order at meetings, assist in keeping materials/fundraisers organized.
